It was 1975 when Mr. Pablo Ramirez, the elementary principal, planned to have a secondary school in Brgy. Capuluan Central, Guinayangan, Quezon. To gain enough fund, he solicited with the help of Brgy. Chairman Erenio Ramirez, Felix Beco, and two teachers namely Virginia Angulo and Mr. Napoleon Escueta. They went to different houses, obe barangay to another, to encourage students to enroll. As a result of their priceless efforts, thirty students pioneered Nabangka National High School. Thus elementary teachers namely; Adoracion Ramirez, Virginia Angulo and Anacleta Duenas worked as part time volunteered teachers for a period of time. Then came Ms. Rosalinda Esteban, the first permanent teacher assigned as a high school teacher.

This arrangement existed under the supervision of elementary principal until such time that the DECS (Department of Education, Culture, and Sports) ordered for the complete separation of secondary supervision. That time, four (4) permanent items were occupied. Mrs. Pamela Villaos worked as the Teacher-in-Charge of the school. She requested Ka Bambing Ramirez to donate a portion of land on the eastern part of the elementary school. Through the help of Dominador Arellano, Felix Beco, Catalina Macaraig, and Leonardo Macaraig, they negotiated to purchase the land with an area of 6,600 sq.m. for only 12,000.00. However, the fund is not sufficient to purchase the said land. But through the initiative, generosity, and volunteerism of the PTA, the land was finally acquired.
When Mr. Gener Delos Reyes, 1992, was assigned to this school after Mrs. Villaos, all papers and needed documents were materialized. Thus, Nabangka National High School, fly with its on wings, controlled and managed by the secondary authority.
